About The Program
Bocoup, with the help of Media Temple as a leading sponsor, will be offering 5 free desks in the Bocoup Loft coworking facility to programmers that contribute to open source. Membership in the Gratis will last three months.
How it works
You may submit your proposed project to Bocoup for consideration. If selected, Gratis et Libre coworkers will set goals for their development and present their progress to the Bocoup team periodically. The gratis desk will last for three months, at the end of which the programmer may submit to renew their membership in exchange for three more months of programming for the community.
Selected Gratis coworkers will be expected to spend roughly 40 hours per month on their open source work. While Bocoup is focused on open web technology, we are open to hearing from any open source developer; software or hardware, internet or not.
